Bulgogi recipe


Bulgogi (beef)
main ingredients : sliced beef (1-1.5lbs), one medium size onion, one peach (or apple), one pack of mushrooms, carrots,  
sauce : sugar (2Ts), soy sauce (5Ts), cooking wine (or white wine or beer) (2Ts), garlic (3pieces), a pinch of pepper, sesame oil (1Ts), starch syrup(or sugar) (2Ts) 

recipe  : 
1. grind a 1/2 of onion and  one peach
2. mix them with sliced beef and leave it for 15 mins
3. make the sauce (put everything together and stir)
4. pour the sauce over the meat and mix them well
5. leave the beef with the sauce at least 30 mins 
6. heat 1Ts of oil in a large flat bottom fry pan over medium heat and cook the vegetable first
7. put the meat with sauce into a fry pan
